2. Returns
2.1 Return due to a change of mind
CompuBoutique will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind as long as we receive a return request within 10 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resale condition.
The return shipment will be at the customer's expense and you must organize your own shipment.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed by email.
(CompuBoutique) will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the value of any paid shipping.
We will only reimburse the cost of shipping for products that we ship due to error or manufacturing defects.


2.2 Returns under warranty
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or defective materials. To benefit from the warranty, you must have your legible dated original purchase receipt.
